The reason is basic. Overhead costs to a company dictate the rates and fees you as a client pay. Don’t be misled into thinking large corporations can better serve you.

What makes us different from the industry at large is our company philosophy and how we built our business. We work strictly through referrals and the client base we serve. We do not advertise because we do not need to. Every opportunity that is given to our company proves to be what is in the best interests of the client and in turn they advertise for us. Our advertising costs are passed down to our clients.

Our competition sometimes is unable to achieve this goal due to the fact that they carry large operating costs and thus, are unable to offer the lowest rates and fees in the industry. Our entire staff is educated in every aspect of the business so we do not have to pass you from department to department and we always answer our phones.
